Privacy notice
This notice explains how Grey Mesa Technologies LLC handles personal information when you visit greymesatech.com, contact us, or participate in our text messaging programs.
Effective date: November 2, 2026
Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, project goals, timeline, approximate budget and a project link. Name, email address, inquiry type and project goals are required. You may also provide a phone number and choose whether to receive service texts, marketing texts, or both. Providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you to text messages. We may call you at that number about your inquiry.
We use inquiry information to respond, assess your request, coordinate consultations and manage our business relationship. We maintain correspondence and inquiry information in our business email and customer relationship management systems. Please do not submit confidential records, credentials or sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Text messages and consent records
If you choose service texts, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, support requests, projects and relevant account or billing updates. If you separately choose marketing texts, we may send information about our services, offers and promotions. We send texts only to numbers in the United States and Canada. Marketing SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting an inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We record your phone number, the text-message choices you make, and when you made them on our contact form. We also retain relevant messages, delivery information and opt-out records to operate the program and document your preferences. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You may also contact Email to change your preferences. See our SMS Terms at https://greymesatech.com/sms-terms/.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. We do not transfer SMS opt-in data or consent to business partners for their own use. We share this information only with service providers that help operate our messaging program, business email and customer relationship management systems, or where disclosure is legally required. Providers may include messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers and systems used to store messages and preferences. They may use this information to provide those services, not for their own marketing.
Spam protection
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human submissions from automated activity. Cloudflare receives your IP address and information about your browser and connection and may store a small item in your browser. When you submit the form, we pass your IP address to Cloudflare to confirm the check. Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy explains how it handles this information.
Website visits and analytics
Our hosting provider logs page requests, including the requested page, referring page, browser type, country and time. IP addresses in those logs have their last part removed, and the logs are deleted after three days.
We use Umami to understand website visits and which pages are read. It processes the page and referrer, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and approximate location (country, region and city) derived from the IP address. It records successful contact inquiries with their inquiry type, but not the contents of your inquiry. Umami does not use cookies, store information in your browser or retain your IP address. It uses a regularly changing code derived from IP address and browser information to count visitors. Umami’s data processing terms list what it processes for us. Phone numbers, message contents and SMS consent records are not sent to our analytics system.
We do not use advertising tracking pixels or social media widgets. We do not track your activity across other websites. Because we do not perform that tracking, our site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.
Other disclosures
Service providers supporting hosting, analytics, form processing, spam prevention, business communications and CRM operations process information to provide those services. Where relevant to your request, we may share project or business information with a partner assisting us in providing services. That permission excludes mobile information and SMS consent records, as described above. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our services, rights or security.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain appropriate business records and satisfy legal obligations. Consent and suppression records may need to remain after other information is deleted so that we can document permission and honor opt-outs. We limit access and use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can decline SMS enrollment and still submit the contact form. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain information needed for legal obligations, business records or suppression of unwanted messages. Rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law.

We will publish changes here with an updated effective date.
