Service texts cover inquiries, consultation scheduling, support, project coordination and relevant account or billing updates. Marketing texts cover our services, announcements, offers and promotions. We send marketing texts only when you have specifically agreed to receive them. A support conversation does not enroll you in marketing.

You can enroll using the relevant optional checkbox on https://greymesatech.com/contact/. We send texts only to numbers in the United States and Canada. By selecting a checkbox and submitting the form, you authorize the indicated texts from Grey Mesa Technologies LLC at the number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and are authorized to provide it. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges.

Reply STOP to stop messages from this program. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out. Because our service and marketing messages use a shared number, STOP stops both categories. You may also request removal by emailing Email or telling our staff. To request help, reply HELP or email Email .

If you later want to resume messages, contact us or use the contact form to provide fresh consent for your chosen categories. We may also ask you to reply START to remove a carrier or messaging-provider block. START alone does not enroll you in marketing without appropriate recorded marketing consent.

Let us know if your number changes or is reassigned. Delivery depends on carrier availability and other conditions and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not an emergency service; do not use it to send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information.

Material changes to the purpose or scope of messaging may require new consent; an update to these terms does not itself expand your consent.
